My grandma Rosamund Smith born approx; 1868 lived in Nth Frodingham when she was 12yrs;old. Was a domestic Servant for a family called theakstons of Frodingham. Married George Dent 1890 in Hull E Yorks; anyone got any more info; on Rosamund/Rosamond. Please let me know.

Heres the marriage. Certs only cost £7 and will give you her age also both Fathers names and occupations.

When ordering a marriage cert,you only need put one partners name...ie George Robert Dent.

You need to get that certificate, then you can start going back with some confidence.

How do you know she lived in North Frodingham when she was 12???


That means she should be on the 1881 census.
