HILDA ROSE TATUM:SUFFOLK FREDERICK WILLIAM WOODS:MILL HILL LONDON Hello There, I am trying to help my husband with his family tree information,which sadley since his mother died 3 years ago we do not have any one to ask any further infomation on. His mother was Violet Brenda Woods and born in 1930 in Hendon.She had a sister Vera and brother Robert Woods. Her father was Frederick William Woods born in Mill Hill London,1905 and he married Hilda Rose Tatum who was born in Thorndon,nr Eye,suffolk, 1905.I believe that Hilda was in service at a big house in London.There were sisters that were also in service,but i have no info. Can not find on any census Frederick Woods or Hilda Tatum so if anyone has any names or similar that could match that would be great.I know my mother-in -law had a few Aunts but i do not know which side they were on. Sorry this is so late ....... I don't know if it helps at all, but I was born in Thorndon in 1946 and we lived next door to a family named Tatum. Can't remember that much about them, father had done service with the police in Palestine, and had a daughter called Jean I believe about 4-5 years older than me.
