Can Anyone help me? I am trying to track some information about my Grandparents, My grandma's name is Florence Emiley Chalfont, My Grandfather is Called George Stanford, They had a daughter called Rose Stanford in 1931 In Tonbridge Kent, My mother has 8 brothers i only know a few manes, George, Hubert, David, James now calles himself Victor. George stanford used to be a Hawker (Gypsy who sells door to door). I would really appreciate any information.

My second Cousin is someone called henry Stanford and his wifes name is Paula they were travellers around the kent Area, a few other names that have popped up are william and mary anne.

I have found a family of 5 boys, surname Stanford.
I will pm them to you to see what you think as they are probably still alive, they have a different mother's maiden name.

Hi, having just recieved the death certificate for this lady it has proved that she wasnt my Grandma as the Maiden name was different my grandmas maiden name was Chalfonte. Thanks anyway. x

All I have is my mums birth Certificate!! and what my mum told me which isnt a lot, the thing is my mums dd was george and she also has a brother George who has passed away!! I have managed to trace a second Cousin Henry Stanford Who is a romany Gypsy in Kent His wife is Paula but thats it no one els seems to have any info for me im stuck. x

I now have mums birth certificate it says her mum was Florence Emily Stanford, her dad George stanford mum was born 14th May 1931 sandhill tonbridge rural her dad george was a hawker and there is an address of 250 st johns Road Tunbridge wells please someone must know something
