1841 might match with the 1833 marriage |

My problem with the Boxford marriage record was that it seemed to lead on to the 1861 census, where I found a James Spooner, with a wife Caroline but it stated that they were BOTH born in Boxford. I don't know if Boxford is anywhere near Diss??? ... Also disconcerting, ... there was a 13 year old son Daniel but no sign of James. There is nothing at all for 1851 that would fit!!! I would be happier about this couple if I could find them with a son James. |

I have also found a burial record for a James Spooner 11/11/1868 age 64 at Palgrave St. Peter Suffolk. I might send for this certificate? Does anyone know where Palgrave is in relation to Diss, Boxford, Lavenham etc? My knowledge of East Anglia is pathetic!!! |
