Trying to find Smith

I am searching for information on my birth mother. She gave her name as Sandra Smith. She was 19 years old in 1965 and came from South Australia to Sydney NSW to give birth. She met my parents and therefore knew my name. I was born 13/05/1965 at Crown Street Women's Hospital. The only additional information I have is that she was unmarried, she had red hair, fair skin and was a large build. It is also believed there was epilepsy in her family. I don't believe the surname Smith can be relied upon, however, if you know of anyone fitting the other criteria, please contact me. Many thanks for your help.
