Hi all, My family on my grandmothers side are the waldrons from bellbroughton worcester, as far as I can see most were nailers. I am trying to trace my fathers family.....His name was Alfred Smith born 1922 - 1995. My grandmother was a Waldron...Alice Effie born 1901 in Northfield Birmingham. My Father Alfred Smith brother Henry Smith and sister Eileen were born out of wedlock we believe that our grandfather also called Alfred Smith was already married and having an affair with my grandmother. We think he lived in the acocks green /Olton area of Birmingham, he may have been in the medical proffession, and there may be a philipino link. We can help with the waldron side of the family back to 1645. Can someone help us with the Smith side. regards Dawn Eardley (nee Smith) |
