Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	ANN SMITH - born 26 April 1953 Blackburn, Lancashire My mum Ann Smith had a baby girl on 11 August 1968 at Hope Hospital, Manchester, She unfortunatley had to give her up for adoption at approx 6 weeks old. I am now trying to find any information about my sister, my mum named her Sadie Smith but I do know that her adopted parents changed her name. I would love to find any infromation about my sister.
