I'm desperatley trying to find a lady that my mum knew many years ago my mum would always say she was her best friend, i'd love to track her down as there is some news I need to share with her, she was known as Zena Smith (quite a common surname I know but i'm keeping my fingers crossed). My mum was born and raised in Birchington,Kent. My mum's name was Jacqueline Hayward. I'd like it if anyone has any information because this is really important, Thank you.

When would she have been born?

Was Smith her maiden name?

I see your mum was born in 1947 so I assume Zena was born the same school year? There are 3 possibilities but none in Kent.

When and where did she last have contact? Does she remember Zena's parents or siblings names?

Unfortunatley that is the only information i have, because my mum passed away 3 months ago after a long battle with illness so i have no means of finding out anything else, the only thing i do have is a picture of them both together aged 17.
