Here's his WWI enlistment

Smith Wilfred Roland : SERN 17134 : POB Gundagar NSW : POE Moore Park NSW : NOK M Smith Martha Isabella

He was a telegraphist when he enlisted in 1916 aged 22. He was 5' 11" with blue eyes and dark hair.

Here's his death from www.ryersonindex.org

SMITH Wilfred Roland [died on] 22JAN1969 Death [aged] 74 at Bowral, late of Moss Vale.

You can request a lookup of this death notice from the site itself. This will tell you his spouse and children if any.

Oscar & Eliza Ellen SMITH had a son named Roy Wilfred Bruce SMITH who died in 1974 (reg 45948). Roy maried Unita Emily Lydia CLARKE in 1933 in Kyogle NSW (reg 8578). His death is also at the Ryerson Index site.

This looks like Oscar's birth, does not match info for Wilfred

5600/1880 SMITH HAROLD OSCAR MARK EMMA NEWTOWN

Can't find Wilfred R SMITH born in NSW c1895

This is the closest

16007/1895 SMITH WILFRED P PHILLIP G MARTHA B PICTON

If so he did not have sibs named Oscar & Robert!!!
