Am trying to find marriage detais of my grandparents they were
Charles and Florence Smith in the 1901 census they were living in Nevendon Essex any information on there marriage or births and deaths would be very welcome. I am fairly new at this and have had some success on the other side of my family but the Smith name is giving me nightmares.

FLORENCE BEARDWELL 1896 SEPT. QRT. 4a 736 CHELMSFORD ESSEX
Charles was born in Herongate Essex, what is the closest register to this as there are not any births under Herongate,

hi
Found Florence Beardwell living with parents in 1881
She was born in Boxted Essex
Parents names are Nathan and Rosetta Beardwell
Found a birth for a Florence Beardwell for 1875 mar qrt. 4a 375 Lexden Essex
Once again the registration districts are important.
Is Boxted as stated on the census near Lexden.
