I would be really grateful for any assistance that anyone could give about the marriage of my Grandad, Thomas Heath Smith who was born in 1898 in Rotherham. I know my father was born about 1930 but can.t find any details about the grandmother I never knew. If anyone knows any details I would be over the moon.

Thanks

Julie

Thomas Heath is the Christian name. Smith the surname.

Will apply for dads birth certificate. May sound daft but I hadn.t thought about that. Fairly new to this so please bear with me

My dad is Thomas Henry Smith married Margaret Berry in March 1952 at age 21. I never knew him or his family as parents divorced and he emigrated to Auatralia when I was 3. Have always needed to know more about him. Any idea how one searches emigration records

Sorry just realised I have answered one question and asked another - will try not to do that in future. Just getting carried away at the thought of getting somewhere!

CHEERS FOR ALL YOUR HELP.
