Please can someone help me find information on William Smith? The marriage in particular, and his parentage? His spouse was Mary A.

Their children were

Henrietta Smith b 1893
Emma Elizabeth b 1889
Annie b 1886
Sarah Smith b 1889
Alice A b 1906
Thomas b 1938
William Smith b 1884

These ages are approximate as I found them on the census'.

The 1901 census shows them born in and living in Tamworth.

I think I'd look for the child with more unusual name, ...probably Henrietta and find her birth certificate stating father must be William.
This will cut down on full cost as you only pay a few pounds search fee if you order the wrong one, ...rather than losing the full £7.

With her mother's maiden name from cert. it should be easier to find her parents' marriage.

As far his parents go this looks like his family in 1871.

Where born: Tamworth, Staffordshire, England
Civil Parish: Tamworth
Ecclesiastical parish: Tamworth St Editha
Alice Smith 44
John Smith 44
Thomas Smith 25
William Smith 23

In 1881 John and Alice are living at 4 Arched Row Bolebridge St
William and Mary A at 13 Arched Row Bolebridge St

This is just a guess of course and you would need to get certs to confirm it is the right family.
