I am trying to find a sister of my grandfather, Walter Henry Scott. Her name was ELIZABETH SCOTT, born in Bethnal Green, 1879. She spent some time as a servant in Hampstead and I believe she married a distant cousin, probably a widow, whose name may have been GEORGE WADE. They lived in the Balham or Stockwell area of London and Elizabeth had about 2 step-children. She must have died about 1955, but I would be interested to contact her stepchildren. I cannot find any record of her wedding, although she is in 1889,1891 census unmarried. Hope you can help. Valerie Townsend |
