Hi, i am tryin to located relatives of my mother Joyce Edna Scarratt born 14th october 1942.... we dont really know about her mother or surnames of family.

her mother was Hildagard Bower? and her husband was called WILHELM with 3 children Beryl, Barbra and Joyce..from Glossop

Hi,
According to Ancestry.co.uk a Hilda Bower married a William C Scarratt in the March Quarter of 1939 at Glossop GRO ref, Glossop, Vol 7b, page 1302. Is this yours? If so, they is a possible birth entry for a William Clifford Scarratt on freebmd.org (Glossop, Dec quarter, 1903 GRO ref, Glossop, vol 7b, page 921
