	Hi Lesley Have found the birth for your Peter Rodgers, he is the only Peter i can find in Yorkshire born 1947 its in the 3rd Quarter, born Wakefield. & mothers maiden name is Moffat. the reference for this register is 2d 932. Regards Martin

	Hi Lesley I have searched from 1939 to 1947 and cannot find a marriage for a Mr Rodgers and a Mrs Moffat?? My suggestion would be that if Peter is a close relative of yours that you order his birth certificate using info above that will give you details of his parents, Regards Martin
