Hi, I am trying to find the marriage of Elizabeth Richardson to a man called Dodds. Unfortunately I do not have first name.

Elizabeth Richardson was born in Teesdale, Middleton in 1854.

Elizabeth married a man called Dodds and later married my Great Grandfather Willis. On their marriage certificate she is known as Dodds and her father is John Richardson. Married in Stockton on Tees.

Thank you for your help, yes, the June1913 marriage is of my Great Grandfather Edwin Dodds.

My Great Grandfather had 1 daughter and 3 sons to a previous marriage.

Selina Ann Sutton is my Great Grandmother but all I know is she died around 1911 and with four small children in the house my Great Grandfather employed a house keeper (Elizabeth) and he later married Elizabeth.

I would love to know if she had any children from her previous marriage but unfortunately all I know is she was born in the Poor house in Teesdale, Middleton and had been married to a man called Dodds. Sorry I cannot give any more help. I know she had a brother called John Richardson and her mum was known as Phillis Richardson, Regards Judith

All I have to do now is find out which Dodds she married and if they had any children.

It might just be me..........but i can't seem to find anything positive for Elizabeth as either Richardson or Dodds in the 1881....1891 .... or the 1901 census!
