Trying to find the Rawlins family in the Caribbean. Have already Stedman Rawlins marrying Ann Taylor in 1803 in Kent, England. Him born 1784 in the Caribbean, father Stedman Rawlins b. abt. 1749 West Indies and Mrs. Stedman Rawlins (?maiden name) b.abt. 1751 in the caribbean. Can't find any records earlier than these dates. This search conjoined with the Pemberton family tree. Is anyone else searching ?

Try searching for the names using "search trees" above - There is a Mandy with Stedman in her tree for example.

also at same address as above...

Shirley...The Rawlins were Slave/Sugar Plantation owners of St Christophers. (St Kitts)..The "Honorable" Stedman Rawlins owned the Northchild Estate along with other plantations..Northchild was managed by Stedman jnr.
The British Colonial Slave Registers show all the Rawlins family ..male and female and the slaves they owned...
I have also located a couple of letters from Stedman snr. written 1783) to a Plantation owner living in Essex...
