I am trying to find the christian name of a male, surname Pollard who married Esther M Critchley in 1941 Nottinham. The only info on Free BMD is...............

If you click the number 7b 599, you will get the complete marriage set. There are 4 people to a marriage set, 2 couples.

Many thanks again to you all who burnt the midnight oil.
You found me the correct family and I was up until 2am thismorning following links. Although this Rosslyn? was not a direct relation I guess will have to fork out £7 sometime to see if it was transcribed correctly.
Gets to you, this research!
Anyway think I'll catch up on some sleep.

Just looked at my messages and someone has proved that Rosslyn was correct.
So it can be used as a man's first name.
I can now sleep in peace.
