As Levi is not listed in the 1881 census and was obviously living when daughter Jane married in 1903 can anyone access either the 1891 or 1901 census for me PLEASE

I did look for Levi in the 1891 and 1901 census, but could not find him!! I will just take another look now

The 1891 census has been posted above with his wife and family.

It looks as though he may have died in 1897 so he will not appear on the1901 census.

Thanks Lynne, I am beginning to think that although his daughters marriage certificate does not indicate that Levi was dead I suspect that he was.

Donal, in your opening post you say that Levi was listed as being deceased when Jane married in 1903, which is now born out by the 1897 death posted above.

Why do you now say that his daughter's marriage doesn't indicate he was dead?

MarieCeleste has shown me that as young as I might feel, age is catching up. Yes, Levi was deceased in 1903.
Whist old age is not to be recommended, it sure as hell beats the alternative.
