I know her parents were Josiah Payton and Charlotte Elizabeth Cole and Phoebe went on to marry Thomas Yeomans. I have all the details onwards but would like to find out more about Phoebe's parents and siblings. I believe she had a brother called Josiah born 1847 in London and two sisters Charlotte and Elizabeth. Many thanks
