am trying to find out the name of agnes owen's parents she was my great great grandmother but on her records there are no mothers maiden name......hope someone can help many thanks |

many thanks think this is her so am i to presume she never lived with her mum and that her dad was the son that was living in the house, so was wondering where the Owen surname came in unless that was her mums surname??? |

The surnames are listed first (in this case, the surnames are Farmer, Hall, Owen and Taylor) followed by the first name(s), place, volume and page number. |

Each 'Page' has two marriages..........four names per page, and no guarantee as to who married whom, which is why the birth cert is your best bet, |

The birth certificate does give the mother's maiden name, father's name and occupation, address at the time of the birth, date of the child's birth and the date the birth was registered. |
