Some very helpful people helped me to find Florence Nielson/Nelson recently. She was born abt. 1878 in Middlesex (England). She was married in 1905 to Herbert Horace Johnson. |

Have you tried looking for her yourself? |

Yes did try looking but too many. Paid £6.95 for the credits and ended up wasting them by picking the wrong one before I had further information on her. No problem. |

Florence was born in Poplar and married in Holy Trinity, 167 Liverpool Road, Islington. Her father was John. |

Were they both still alive then, and did they have any children? |

Florence was definately alive at that time. She and Herbert had a daughter "Queenie". She then had two sons with Thomas Hogan - Ernest born 1913 and John 1915. |

There are 2 Queenie's living without their parents on 1911 census. Do you know any more about her? |

Thanks Patricia. Unfortunately I don't know anything else. I have not yet managed to find out why some people were called Queenie. |

This Florence is born in the wrong area, but as she is in a long list of people she could have been mixed up, and has been married about the correct number of years, with one living child: |

Islington connection is good because that's where Ernest was born. Only 8 years between her first marriage and Ernest's birth also. Maybe this is the one. |
