Trying to find Mitchell

Hi fellow searchers, I’m desperately looking for information on my grandmother Gladys Marion Mitchell 1894-1931. Gladys married Alfred Landgridge and they had two sons Charles d.o.b 1924-1961 and William d.o.b 1927-? This family lived in Fulham London until at least 1927 though Gladys’s place of birth is unknown but it may have been Wales. There seems to be a mystery concerning Gladys’s death, due to the fact Alfred put both sons into an orphanage in 1927 telling them that their mother had died while giving birth to William. However my search has discovered this to be untrue as she died in 1931. Please if anyone out there is able to help with any info on her, I’d be truly grateful. All the best and happy hunting. |
