trying to find out about the METCALF family in the sunderland area,qite a large family also branches out into the name CRAGGS.

hello neil
my grandmother was a Metcalf born in durham 1863 her father was born John William Metcalf in Sunderland so was his father and Grandfather whose name was William he was a Lawyer. You wil find them in the 1841 census. Is this a match?
