McCORMICK I'm looking for relatives of JOHN McCORMICK born 09/08/1904 at 40 May Street BELFAST and died Mar 1955 in BIRKENHEAD. His Father's name was JOHN and his Mother's name was SARA(H) McCORMICK (Nee BARR) The informant on his birth certificate was MARY McCORMICK. Apparently he had siblings called HERBERT, SOPHIA, MINNIE and LENNY, I don't know if there were any more. He came to BIRKENHEAD and married my grandmother GERTRUDE ANSON on 28/12/1931. They settled in Rock Ferry and had eight children Dorothy, John, Leonard, Edith, Sheila, Barbara, Graham and Freda. My Aunt thinks one of her father's sibling may have emigrated to Australia but not sure. Would love to hear if anything resembles something in someone's tree. Thanx |

I have a Jane McCormick who lived in Birkenhead and was with her grandmother Jane McCormick who was 79 years old in 1851. I could let you see my family tree if this is any help. I am still unsure about Jane's father |
