Find Ancestors

I am desperately trying to find my great grandparents parents, I haven't got a clue where I need to look anymore, they had my grandmother Margaret Johnson and although I have my grans birth cert I am very frustrated as I cannot read the birth address I think it reads 3 sparrio court, parkers lane, allhallows, barking I am only guessing their birth year
If anyone could kindly point me in the right direct I would be so pleased
