Find Ancestors

I am searching for the birth details of a Thomas LULHAM (c 1797) {Lalham/Lutham/Latham/Sulham/Pulham/Lullum} who may have been born in Blyth, Northumberland.
I have found him and his family in 1841 living at Kingston, Surrey.

I have only found 2 of his daughters in 1851 census and 3 daughters and a son in 1861.
I cannot find him or his wife and the rest of the children anywhere in 1851.
In 1861 I found a T. LATHAM 1797 gardener born Blyth Northumberland at the Kingston Workhouse which I think is him. I purchased the death cert for Thomas Lulham (Dec qtr 1863) and the details on it give the age as 67, gardener and he died at Kingston Workhouse so am sure they are one and the same.
I would love to be able to find the 1851 census to see where it states he was born.
I am trying to establish who his parents were so I can determine if he is one of my relatives. His possible siblings were born either Kingston or Kent and their father was a soldier in Surrey Militia and was a gunsmith/blacksmith/whitesmith.

I found Jane married to John Leonard and Maria, single, servant at Walthamstow, Essex.
His wife and children were all born at Kingston, Surrey.
It is his baptism details I am looking for to at least know who his father was and maybe his mother's name.

I see that in 1841, Thomas and son John were Ag Labs.

Not them I am afraid...he is a tailor and found them again in 1861.

That is another reason I am so keen to find them in 1851....just to get more details to compare with.

Hi Lyn, that is the same family but it has been transcribed incorrectly which for a long time caused even more confusion. When you see the handwritten copy it is definitely Thomas

I have wondered about that christening also????
I haven't yet found any other details for him so haven't totally eliminated him as being the one I want.

I just found a Mary Culham born 1795 in Holborn, Middlesex , married, a servant in 1861. Maybe the wife of Thomas in the Workhouse. There is a death for Mary Ann Lulham Mar qtr 1870 age 76.
I will now see if I can find her in 1851.

No luck with Mary in 1851 either!!!
This family just seems to have disappeared.
