Find Ancestors

Hi, I am reseraching my family tree and I cannot seem to find any information about my father's birth and the whereabouts of my brother and half brother.
My Father was Edwin John Lowe born 15/11/1930 in Lemington Spa, I believe.
He married Barbara May Southby in 9/6/1951, in Uxbridge, Middlesex while serving at RAF Uxbridge. His children are myslef, Richard Handsworth (27/11/1951) and Kevin John (22/4/1956)
He has been divorced and remarried. His last wife was Majorie. They had a son called Gary (my half brother) Majorie already had a son called Graham. He initially lived with his parents, after his first divorce, at 31 Hampton Road in Coventry. He moved once to 45 Hampton Road. I then lost touch, and moved to London, and he ended up in Sutton Colefield.
I am interested in contacting my brothers and also trying to find out the whereabouts of the rest of my family.
My Father had 3 brothers, I think, Vincent (who had a daughter called Bernadette) Joseph and Lawrence. It might make things easier if I knew my grandparents names, my distant memory suggests that they may be Charles and Charlotte Lowe.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you know if Edwin's brothers were older or younger as I cannot find a birth reg for Edwin John Lowe for 1930 or 1st quarter 1931. It could be that his parents were not married at the time and therefore he is registered in his mother's maiden name if he is the oldest.

Unfortunately, in this case, he was the youngest or middle child. I have now managed to find my parents marriage certificate and this gives my fathers name as Edwin John Lowe otherwise John Lowe.
I am not sure what the 'otherwise' means.
I shall carry on digging but thank you for your help.
