In researching my Lockwood family tree i've come to a brick wall

I'm trying to find out more about Nellie Lockwood, i think she was born around 1896 but have no date of birth.
In 1913 she worked as a domestic servant in Hampstead North, London (a home for unmarried mothers), Nellie had a daughter, my Nan, who shortly after her birth was taken into the care of local nuns The Sisters of Nazareth, the only details of Nellie i have are from my Nan's birth certificate with so few details from here the trail goes blank.
If anyone has any informatation they can share it would be much appreciated.
