He married Mary Mantle 1842 Kidderminster.They had at least 6 children one of whom was John Westwood Lea b.1856, who is my great grandfather.I am having difficulty in tracing any siblings or the parents of George. I may have found one brother, also a John Westwood Lea b.1797/1801 Bewdley, Worcs who married a Sarah.I'd be most grateful if anyone has any further detail to assist. Thanks.

	Buy the marriage cert....it will include his father's details (if known)

I have researched the 1851 census to find George +Mary living in Birmingham with 4 of their children.William, Elizabeth, Phoebe Westwood and Catherine.George's trade was brush maker.The trail continues through the other more recent censuses. However, I shall now take Flick's tip and purchase George + Mary's marriage cert to see if George's father is named and continue the hunt from there!Thanks for taking the time to look info up!

I shall be taking the good news to my father age 85, this afternoon! he's not at all well and will be cheered by the news!Think I might have to take a trip to Bewdley/Worcester! Just got back from seeiing my father who was really pleased with the previous info! I'll have to go see him again tomorrow!!Talk about getting carried away - I've certainly got the bug now!! Wonder where I will get to in the past, seeing as I've only just started the hunt!! Thanks again and have a good weekend!
