Find Ancestors

Joseph Thomas Lammiman (aged 26) married in 1918 and presumably died soon after as his widow (Sarah) remarried the following year. (Both marriages in St Marylebone.

Joseph’s father was also Joseph.

I have found what looks like Joseph Thomas in the 1911 census – but my rudimentary search doesn’t show parents or siblings (I may be wrong)

I can’t find him in 1901 – not unusual considering the many spelling variants of Lammiman!!!! (try writing it by hand!)

I think he links into my line of Lammiman’s in Chelsea/Kensington but cannot make the connection – can anyone help?

I may not be able to reply immediately as I am travelling for the next couple of days…..

Thanks - I have enough to go on, now - the 1891 lot I already had - not finding them in 1901 had me going round in circles. Parents of Joseph 1861 are John 1861 and Mary ????, father of John is William c 1785 Little Steeping, Lincs who is my 4g grandfather.

I'm just working out the branches so now have a new lot to find!!
