Hi All,
I have a birth certificate but can't find a marriage for her parents.

It's possible. However, don't get too excited until you've checked that he is the missing chap ... but it's the only one I can spot at the moment.

Unless one or other of them was using a second name so are married under their "official" first name ... that happens!

Also - bear in mind that Dudley is a long way from Kensington ...

The family a couple up on the original census is Richard Knight, could be his father. There is also a daughter, Rose.

I can't find a marriage to tally either, the only other thing you could do to rule this family out is buy 1 of the birth certs for 1 of the children.

I'm seriously wondering whether Sarah was married before she married Richard Knight ...

i found a sarah ann boggis who married a richard knight but not knights
sept qtr 1902 marylebone 1a 1404

Thankyou Lojo, yes I saw that 1 and looked for a Harper Boggis marriage again nothing!!!
