Member Since: December 2003 Posts: 1 Send Message	I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT INFORMATION ON MY PATERNAL GRANDFATHER, GERONOUI OWEN JONES. I THINK THATS HOW YOU SPELL HIS FORENAME! HE LIVED/S IN BLANEAU FFSTINIOG IN NORTH WALES AND WORKED IN THE SLATE QUARRY THERE IN THE 1940s. HE HAD 3 YOUNG CHILDREN AT THE TIME, MARY JONES, BRIAN JONES (MY FATHER) AND FRANK JONES. THEY LEFT IN 1950 AND LEFT HIM THERE. I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TO HEAR FROM ANYBODY WHO KNOWS (KNEW) HIM OR ANYBODY WHO KNOWS SOMEBODY WHO KNOWS (KNEW) HIM.
