SIDNEY THOMAS JONES, b 17 November 1887 at LEA GREEN Railway Station, St Helens, Lancs (son of LLEWELYN and MARY JANE JONES (nee SMITH) died 3 February 1956 at Rainhill, Lancs and Buried in St Anns Churchyard Rainhill in grave No 1359.Sidney was married, as far as we know, to M.D.I (known as Minnie) surname unknown. Sidney spent his life in Rainhill and was a Chorister at St Ann's for about 50 years. I am unable to find details of their marriage so do not know what his wifes Initials stand for. Can anyone please give any clues that may help to solve this puzzle?,Thank you Val Postance in Poynton, Cheshire. |
