Looking for John (from CONSETT Co.Durham) unknown

About 28 or so years ago, Myself and my then boyfriend Tony went to Portugal for a holiday where we met a really nice guy who we got on well with. All we knew of him was that he was called John (had fair hair) and came from Consett in Co Durham. I think he said he worked in the mines (am not 100% not sure of this fact) It was John's first holiday abroad. If anyone knows of a John from Consett who would be about 55 ish by now who met a couple by the name of Tony and Mary in Albufera, Portugal all those years ago then please ask him to get in touch as I have recently got in touch with Tony again and would love to get John to say Hi as a surprise for him. We gave John our number but he must have lost it and so hoping someone might know something. John was not married then but he could well be married with children by now ? It would be great if he could drop a line to say Hi to two old friends. Thank you anyone who may have some info for us or a contact fro John. Sorry the details are scanty but sometimes it is worth a try. |
