We are trying to find any information on Arthur Edmund James.
He was born in South Wales in 1858 and married Emily Brook.
They had 3 sons, Lionel, William and Edgar. By the time of the 1901 census, Emily had already died and we can't find any trace of the older 2 sons ( though we know from family memory that William didn't die until 1960). Arthur and Edgar were lodging with the Peard family in Llantarnam, Cwmbran.
We believe that Arthur possibly went to Australia or America later on in life, though we don't have any definite details.
Any help we receive on our mystery man would be greatly appreciated
