According to you very kind researchers out there, my Grandfather's mother was Elizabeth Tannatt.
My Grandfather Charles Roberts was born at Llynclus Hill, Llanyblodwell, Oswestry in 1896, his father was also called Charles born 1864
at Oswestry Shropshire.
What I really need help with is which Elizabeth Tannatt was his wife,
Elizabeth Jane Tannett, father Edward or Elizabeth Tannatt father Evan,
or another Elizabeth Tannatt.

Spoke to my Great Uncle at the weekend and he confirmed that she was a Tannatt but did not know her Christian names or where she originally came from.
I hope it is ok for me to continue on this thread.
Many thanks

is Tannatt a rare name as there seem to be very few.
