ALLYSON THOMPSON . B01/06/1952 ROSSET WREXHAM Trying to find relatives of my mum Violet Hughes b27/07/1924 St Albans Rd Tanyfron to Jane and John Hughes, nee Williams, mum had brother Hywell and sister Gwynn. Another sister died as a child, Marian about 1922 . My mum married Stanfield Robnerts 08/10/49 in Wrexam son of Harriet and John/Jack Roberts. Jane Ann my gran, was a Wlliams by birth, her father was Thomas Williams from Mold he married a Rebbecca Jane Jones from Faulkner St Chester in 1881. My Paterenal Gran was Harriet Davies before marriage. My paternal grandad was a miner at Llay.Mum died in Shrewsbury in 2001 and dad in 1996, as the only child I am desperate to find some relations ,I have two daughters Victoria and Helen Sneade by my first marriage. I now live in Brussels, after leaving Shrewsbury in 2001. All the family names are Jones, Williams and Roberts and all from Wales so not easy, but I do have some birth certs and marriage lines to help I know that my maternal grandparents had a brother Tom, sisters Fanny and Minnie plus more but do not have their names. Tom was my grans brother and died in 1957. They all came from the Tanyfron/ Brmybo and and my grandparents are buried in Southsea chapel.There was also a cousin of my mum's called Eunice and some other cousins with very welsh christian names live in the Devon area. Any contacts would be great.
