I am trying to trace Rowland Hill or his relatives in Canada he was born in Rochdale and adopted soon after and was taken to Canada we saw a photo of Rowland in the 1960 the photo belonged to his mothers daughter Nellie Warner.The photo was taken in the 1940's in Lachine Quebec and he was on skis. Son of Eva Hill nee Warner his father was Rowland Hill. Eva Warner is the sister of my grandmother Minerva Warner, Eva died when Rowland was born or soon after, Eva had another daughter Jessie Warner. Anyone know his where abouts or of his relatives in Canada please get in touch as soon as poss. he has a cousin in Canada she lives in Winnipeg her name is Dorothy and has never forgotton his mother Eva whom she was very fond of. Would love to know if he is ok and how life turned out for him. |
