Tracing the Belgian Herscotts

Hi all, I've just started my family tree and would love to know more about the Herscott side (my father's side) of the family. All I know about my grandfather is that his name was Maurice Herscott and we believe that his family were Belgian. He had a sister called Mary and apparently they both lived in London. Maurice married Rita Baron and had 2 children, Michael and Jacqueline (my father and my aunt). Any information would be very much appreciated.
Regards
F. R. Herscott
