Hi my name is Pauline North (nee) Harvey.My mother's name is Marion, We are from Coventry i have 4 brothers and 4 sisters sadly 1 of my brothers has died this year. I am trying to find my half brothers and sisters on my dad's side. I have been told they live in Easington Durham, My dad was born in 1926 and died in 1977. I Believe he has a sister call Pauline and Elizabeth. His mother's maiden name was Rutherford, Please if any one know;s anything please can you get in contact with me.

He may not have re-married, so any children could have been registered under their mother's name............

It was at the same time i have been told he was married to them both at the same time.thats why they remarried in 73.i know its confusing

My only concern is that if your parents were together when your dad passed on, then there may be no point in getting the death cert, as your Mum would probably be the informant and it would tell you nothing about the other family.

So you might want to save your money.

Pauline you would really need to buy the marriage certificate to get their ages and their father's names and occupations.

this is a possible birth for Margaret, but you REALLY do need to get that marriage cert to confirm, by finding out the name and occupation of her father. Two other Margaret Rutherfords were born in Easington area post 1890. So there needs to be some confirmation as to whether Margaret Ellen is a contender or not.
