Member Since: March 2007 Posts: 3 Send Message	Cathrine Collins. I am trying to fill in the ancestory of my great-great grandfather John Harris from (I am told) Swansea or near. Dont know either his mother or fathers name. He would have been born in or around 1840 in Wales. He became a sailor and ended up living in Cork, Rep. of Ireland. He was married to Ellen Reidy who was a sea-captains daughter, from Tralee in Co. Kerry Ireland. I know this is a long shot, but if anyone has any information, I would be grateful. John had four children all living in Ireland.
