my father was john david harries who came from south wales around 1867. He married my mother Lydia Cawkwell harries - ne dunn who lived in sancton, yorkshire and they had 6 children. My father had been at sea, also had been in the yeamandry and the army. We never knew much about him only my Mother who family were gentlemen farmers. My uncle Ted built Dunnsville, outside hull. If any of this rings a bell with anyone I would like to hear from them. Thank you. |
