Hi I’m researching the Grubb branch of my family tree. I am currently back to John Grubb born c1752 in Buckinghamshire. The family have been traditionally miners and railway labourers and each generation has travelled to wherever the work is. This means I have generations of Grubb’s spread across the UK; including Buckinghamshire (Particularly Winslow and Padbury) Worcestershire (Newnham) Northamptonshire (Wolaston) Shropshire (Clun, Beckjay) West Midlands (Walsall and Dudley) South Yorkshire (Sheffield and Bierlow Brightside) South Wales (Monmouthshire, the Rhondda, Bedwellty, Abertillery and Blaina) Anyone with any connections, please drop me a line. Many Thanks….Paul |
