I am just starting out on this and feel totally overwhelmed!
I know nothing about my grandfather George Huggett apart from he had a son Peter George born 1934 in London and was married to Ada born 1906.

Can somebody help me please!

There is a birth reg for a Peter G HUGGETT in 1934 ( Jul/Aug/Sep qtr) in the district of Lambeth with mothers maiden name PEARSON Vol 1d page 329

If this is the correct Peter it will give you the info you need to search for their marriage certificate which will give their ages, fathers names occupations etc etc
