FRANK BOTT DIED 26/6/1978 IN GRIMSBY
I HAVE A REFERENCE THAT HIS BIRTH WAS 27/10/1895. i DO KNOW HE CAME FROM A ORPHANAGE IN WOLVER HAMPTON AREA AND HAVE A CENCUS WITH HIM ON FOR 1901. HE LEFT THE ORPHANAGE TO GO FISHING - HE THOUGT- HE ENDED UP IN HULL BEING APPRENTICED TO FISHING SHIP. HE DID FIND 3 BROTHERS ONE IN INDIA SERVED WITH THE ARMY AND STAYED. ONE IN THE WOLVERHAMPTON AREA AND THE OTHER IN BARTON ON HUMBER.
FRANK BECAME A SKIPPER BEFORE HAVING TO STOP FISHING WE BELIEVE FROM AN ACCIDENT ABOUT THE START OF THE WAR.
DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANYTHING ABOUT THIS MAN?
