Alex., Michael & John Fisher of Scotland. Born Lanarkshire and or Renfrewshire. Alexander b. 1807 was the Quarter Master Sergeant of the 97th Regiment of the British Forces. Wife Jane Clements. Brothers Michael b. 1805 and John b. 1790. All three Fisher brothers emigrated to Creekbank, Wellington County, Canada in the early 1840's. They were farmers. Alexander's wife Jane Clements died in the UK and he remarried a Martha McGee in Canada. His children from both wives were Jane Clements Fisher, Mary Anne Fisher, James Alexander Fisher, Richard McGee Fisher, John Charles Fisher, Arthur Wm. Fisher, Clarinda Fisher, Agnes 'Aggie' Fisher, Caroline Fisher, Adeline Fisher, Albert Fisher, Joseph Fisher and Martha Fisher. Interested in finding Alexander Fisher's parents names and any descendents of this family. |
