George Frederick and Mary Jane Evans (nee Ryan)

Trying to find out anything about both Evans and Ryan families, Thanks to the people who replied to my last posting I found out I had been looking for the wrong maiden name, I thought it would be easy from then, oh no, just gets harder.
I sent for George and Mary's marriage cert, they married on 30-10-1909 at St Patricks Catholic Chapel in Manchester. They were both the same age which makes their dob's c1885.
Georges occupation was carter and his father was Charles Evans occupation Tailor.
Marys occupation was cotton piecer and her father was Thomas Ryan (deceased) shoemaker.
the witnesses to the marriage were Albert Arthur Evans and Mary A Evans.
Can anybody help?
