Ernest Booth EDWARDS (aka E. Booth EDWARDS) born 1876. Married on 07 Sep 1899 in Werneth, Lancaster. On the marriage certificate he was age 23, a chartered accountant of 17 Stretford Road, Manchester (father John Henry EDWARDS, a surgeon). His spouse was Marian Rebecca LEACH age 25 of The Knoll, Werneth (father Abraham Leach, a surgeon). Witnesses Norman Fox EDWARDS and Elizabeth H. FORSYTH. I inherited an engraved cigarette box presented to E. Booth EDWARDS on the occasion his marriage by his former colleagues from Edwin GUTHRIE & Co. and I'd be pleased to pass this on to any closer relative. |
