EDWARDS I am trying to find any information relating to my g.grandfather Charles EDWARDS born Denaby, South Yorks in May 1902. He was married to Gertrude MARTIN born Hucknall,Notts and went on to have 4 children one of which was Annie, my grandmother, He died around April 1966. I know from my grandmother that he served in the Armed Forces and contracted malaria whilst on his travels. According to his birth cert his mother was ANNIE HESKETH b. 1877 Salford and his father was JAMES EDWARDS born Ferrybridge c. 1868. He had two brothers Richard (Dick) and James. If you anyone should have these people in their tree or know anything about them, I would dearly like to hear from you. Many Thanks Lynda |
